United Kingdom - Free standard shipping on orders over £60. We ship from our UK location to provide you with the lowest shipping rates available in addition to zero customs being applied.

United States - Free standard shipping on orders over £50. We ship from our USA location to provide you with the lowest shipping rates available in addition to zero customs being applied.

Canada - Free standard shipping on orders over £100. We will ship from the most cost effective location.

Europe - Free standard shipping on orders over £70 to Belgium, France, Germany, Guernsey, Ireland, Jersey, Luxembourg, Monaco and the Netherlands.  We will ship from the most cost effective location.

Please note, standard shipping is applied to all free delivery options above. If you require a faster service, please upgrade to a different option at checkout, all of which have been outlined below. 

Worldwide shipping 

We ship worldwide to all countries. Flat rate shipping costs will be presented to you at checkout depending on your shipping zone. 

Our locations in both the United States and the United Kingdom mean that Silq Rose are able to offer worldwide shipping with reduced shipping costs.

Shipping options & time frames

  • Standard - Domestic 1-3 working days, World 3-7 working days
  • Priority - Domestic next weekday, World 2-3 working days to cities
  • Express - Fastest service, with optional Saturday delivery where possible  

If you have a specific preference to have your order arrive by a certain time or date, please specify this in your notes and we will endeavour to fulfil it as much as possible, although this cannot be guaranteed. 

Please note that our shipping times are applicable once your order has been dispatched. All orders from the UK & the rest of the world, excluding the USA and Canada, placed before 12:30 Local time, will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed afterwards will be dispatched the next day.

In some cases (with the exception of our UK and US customers) you may be contacted by the Customs Department in your country of residence, in order to pay a Duty and Vat fee; the sum of which is dictated by the laws and regulations of where you live, order quantity as well as the value per item. Silq Rose are not liable to reimburse/take responsibility for paying the costs of any Duty and Vat charges.

Item Availability

If an item is available in your location, you will be presented with the option to add this item to your cart. Please note that item availability is presented to you based on your I.P address therefore, we strongly advise against the use of VPN's whilst browsing the site. Our available items in the our US location are only applicable for those in the USA or Canada. If you are not purchasing from either of those two locations, please make sure that your I.P address reflects this. 

Alternatively at the top right hand corner of the viewing page, there is a drop down box where you can select your location. Please select either GB or US depending on your country of residence.

If on the occasion, an item has been added to your cart despite it not being available in your country, your order will automatically become stuck and unfulfilled until a member of our customer service team contacts you requesting the item is either removed and refunded to you or, swapped out with an item that is available. 

Returns & Refunds

Silq Rose places customer satisfaction in very high regard, and we want you to be pleased with your purchase. However, in the event that you wish to return part of your order, you may return your goods within a window of 28 days from receiving your items, on the condition that, all items are returned as unworn, undamaged, unwashed and do not display any defects. Additionally, items must all have fabric labels and swing tags intact; a refund will be processed accordingly thereafter. Any requests outside of the 28 day window will unfortunately be rejected. 

All refunds will be processed via the original means of payment. Please allow a 14 day period for us to process and assess your refund. Once complete, please allow a 3-5 working days window for your funds to reflect in your account. 
Items that are returned and discovered to be faulty, will be automatically returned back to you. Depending on the nature of the fault, you may be offered a store credit of a particular value at our discretion. More information will be provided independently via customercare@silqrose.com 
 

Requesting a return 

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with relevant information pertaining to your delivery as well as a link providing access to an online portal where you will be able to request a return.
Alternatively, you may begin the return process by clicking here and filling out the relevant information. 
Please ensure you pay close attention to any correspondence via email as the link included in the email and above, is the primary and the only way you are able to process your request.  
 

Important Note

Product exchanges are currently not possible, but you do have the option of returning your items within 28 days of receipt of your order. In order to get another product, colour or size, you will have to place a new order.

If a return is requested and processed outside of a 28 day window, it will be returned to you and you may incur an additional shipping charge for the return.
All returned items must be unworn, complete with all original tags, and in original and resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it fails to meet the above terms.

We recommend that all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, ensuring your items are well packaged, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.

If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package ‘Returned Goods’, to avoid any customs charges. Silq Rose cannot be held responsible for Customs Charges levied against us due to insufficient data/incorrectly labelled returns.

Please note; return postage charges are non-refundable unless your order is faulty or incorrect.
