Worldwide shipping 

Silq Rose ships worldwide. Flat rate shipping costs will be presented to you at checkout depending on your shipping zone. 

Our location in the United Kingdom means that Silq Rose is able to offer worldwide shipping with competitive shipping costs.

Shipping options & time frames

  • Standard, starting from £4 - Domestic 2-4 working days | Worldwide 4-8 working days
  • Priority, starting from £6 - Domestic next weekday | Worldwide 3-4 working days to cities
  • Express, starting from £10 - Fastest service, with optional Saturday delivery where possible  

Please note that our shipping times are applicable once your order has been dispatched. All orders from the UK & the rest of the world, placed before 12:30 local time, will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next day. 

Customs Charges

Please note, all orders are now exclusively dispatched from our UK base. If you are a customer shopping outside of the UK, custom charges may apply.

You may be contacted by the Customs Department in your country of residence in order to pay a Duty and Vat fee; the sum of which is dictated by the laws and regulations of the country you live in, as well as order quantity and the value per item. Silq Rose is not liable for any custom charges applied to your order.

Item Availability

If an item is available, you will be presented with the option to add this item to your cart. Please note that item availability is presented to you based on your I.P address, we therefore strongly advise against the use of VPNs whilst browsing our site. 

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Silq Rose places customer satisfaction in very high regard, and we want you to be pleased with your purchase. However, in the event that you wish to return your order your order, you may return your goods within a window of 28 days from the date of receiving your items. To request a return, please contact our customer care team at customercare@silqrose.com with your request, your reason for wishing to return your item and your order number. Please ensure your return is eligible before making your request (please see below for further information).

Silq Rose will accept your return provided that all items are returned in their original packaging, are unworn, undamaged, unwashed and do not display any defects. Additionally, all returned items must all have fabric labels and swing tags intact. Silq Rose reserves the right to refuse a return if it fails to meet the above terms.

Please note; Silq Rose does not offer free returns and customers are responsible for return postage unless your order has been deemed faulty or incorrect. We recommend that all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, ensuring your items are well packaged, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.

All refunds will be processed via the original means of payment. Please allow a 14 day period for us to assess and process your refund. Once complete, please allow a 3-5 working days window for your funds to reflect in your account. Items that are returned and discovered to be faulty will be refused a refund and automatically returned to you. Silq Rose does not currently offer product exchanges, however you may request to return your items within 28 days of receipt of your order. In order to acquire another product, colour or size, you will have to place a new order.

Returning from outside the UK

If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package ‘Returned Goods’, to avoid any customs charges. Silq Rose cannot be held responsible for Customs Charges levied against us due to insufficient data/incorrectly labelled returns.
