Our original fine modal hijabs have been refined! Our new fine weave modal hijabs feature a slightly tighter weave and are less sheer. This is a lightweight airy hijab made using a delicate and fine weave using sustainably sourced Lenzing Modal® fibre. Smoother than cotton and comparable to silk, our fine modal hijabs are soft, breathable and drape beautifully. This hijab was designed in a classic light sand colour to compliment any kind of outfit.
• Made using a fine, micro, loose and soft weave • We recommend wearing an underscarf • Non-slip. No pins required. • If you choose to style with pins, we advise magnetic pins due to the delicate nature of this fabric.

•100% Lenzing Modal® fibre • Hand washed in warm water individually with similar fibres and colours. • No harsh chemicals used in production which may result in a slight colour run after washing. • Do not wring to release excess water as this may damage the natural fibres • Air dry, laying flat • Steam or iron on medium heat • Due to the delicate nature of the fibres used naturally occurring ‘minor defects’ may be present. • Accessories and sprays should be used with extra care so that the quality of your hijabs are not compromised.
•Lenzing Modal ® is one of the most sustainable fabrics in the textile industry, made from sustainably harvested beech trees, a replenishable raw material derived from innovative environmental processes not commercially used. •These non-toxic technologies have allowed a recovery of up to 95% of production materials, using a closed loop system, minimising emissions, conserving resources, while using an environmentally friendly bleaching method for pulp, protecting the biomes and local communities. •Standard modal, rayon and viscose is treated with hazardous chemicals, contributing towards significant levels of deforestation as old growth forest is often cleared and/or subsistence farmers are displaced to make way for plantations. •Our modal yarn is derived from Austria and Czech Republic, then transferred over to our weavers in India, who employ traditional practises to weave our hijabs
